How does the pricing work?
LabelFlow Pro has a free Starter option, a Pro plan with monthly or yearly billing, and a Lifetime option with a one-time payment. You can start free, then upgrade when you need Pro workflows.

How do I activate my license?
Once you purchase a license through Lemon Squeezy, you will receive a license key via email. Enter this key in the 'License' tab within the application settings to activate your Pro features.

How do I deactivate or transfer my license to a new computer?
You can deactivate your license from your current device by going to the 'License' tab and clicking 'Deactivate'. This frees up the seat, allowing you to use your license key on a different machine.

What happens if I clear my browser data?
Because LabelFlow Pro is a local-first application, clearing your browser's site data or local storage may remove your active license session. If this happens, simply re-enter your license key. Our backend will recognize your machine fingerprint to prevent exhausting your activation quota.

Can I use LabelFlow Pro offline?
Yes, after this browser/profile has opened LabelFlow Pro and successfully verified your license online. Licensed features can remain available offline for up to 5 days after the last successful license check. Local design, printing, export, barcode and QR generation, and cached local templates/assets can continue where possible. AI tools, new activation, license refresh, account/payment changes, chatbot live support, cloud calls, and uncached assets require internet.

Does the installed desktop app count as another device?
If you install LabelFlow Pro from Chrome and also open it in a normal Chrome tab using the same Chrome profile, they usually share the same activation, license cache, and app storage. Different browsers, devices, or browser profiles are separate environments and may require separate activation.

Why do I need to activate again in another browser?
Browser storage is isolated. Chrome, Edge, Firefox, separate browser profiles, and private/incognito windows do not reliably share the same license cache, PWA cache, projects, or saved templates. Each browser/profile/PWA storage environment may count as a separate activated environment.

Which browser is recommended?
Chrome or Edge are recommended, especially for the installable desktop-style app, printing, clipboard behavior, scanner/camera access, and PWA offline caching. Other modern browsers can work, but Chromium browsers generally provide the most complete PWA experience.
Printer Compatibility
Can I deactivate old devices or browser profiles?
Yes. Open the License & Devices panel to review activated environments and deactivate unused devices, browsers, or profiles when self-service changes are available. This is useful after changing machines, browsers, or browser profiles.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. If you choose a monthly or yearly Pro plan, you can cancel through the customer portal from your purchase email. The Lifetime option is a one-time payment, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel.
