Turn CSV, XML and XLSX Tables into Print-Ready Labels

LabelFlow Pro is the professional standard for data-to-label and table-to-label workflows. Directly import your operational records and use one-click field mapping for complex layouts featuring multiple barcodes, QR codes, and automated serial sequences.

Built for structured import workflows

Most industrial label jobs begin with a table. Our table-to-label engine turns your raw data into a reusable, accurate layout without manual reconstruction for every batch.

CSV Data-to-Label

High-performance conversion of operational records and warehouse logs with automatic delimiter detection and instant binding.

XML Data-to-Label

Intelligent mapping for structured hierarchies produced by ERP systems and integrated business automation exports.

XLSX Table-to-Label

Native support for modern Microsoft Excel datasets, preserving data integrity for high-precision industrial production.

How the workflow works

  1. Import your structured data source (CSV, XLSX, or XML).
  2. Select a specialized template for your thermal or sheet layout.
  3. Bind data fields to label elements with a single click.
  4. Instantly preview the entire batch with live data rendering.
  5. Print directly to your local hardware via the native print engine.

What this is good for

Shipping and logistics labels

Use exported shipment data, references, destinations, and barcode values to prepare repeatable label batches quickly.

Inventory and warehouse labeling

Generate SKU labels, stock labels, zone markers, shelf identifiers, or warehouse relabeling batches from existing records.

Product and packaging labels

Connect names, codes, variants, sizes, and batch fields to a standard layout for consistent output.

Multiple Barcodes per Label

Design complex labels with no limit on symbology counts. Combine CODE128, QR codes, and EAN-13 elements driven by different data columns on a single layout.

Advanced Serial Handling

Merge imported data with automated serial number generation. Perfect for tracking individual units within a batch defined by a master data record.

Dynamic Quantity Control

Drive print volume directly from your data table. Map a "QTY" column to automatically set the print count for each individual record in the batch.

ERP & System Integration

Bridge the gap between your backend systems (Oracle, SAP, Netsuite exports) and your operational labeling hardware.

Image & Asset Links

Populate image elements dynamically using table-provided file paths or URLs, allowing for variable-data visual production.

Why this is better than manual import workarounds

Data stays the source of truth

You do not rebuild the same records manually inside a separate labeling process.

Templates become reusable assets

The layout is preserved while the data changes, which is how serious batch labeling should work.

Operational jobs become repeatable

That matters more than design polish when labels are part of production, warehousing, shipping, or stock control.

Practical import guidance

Define Header Rows

Precision control over your data structure. Explicitly define header rows to ensure field names are mapped correctly, even in complex spreadsheet exports.

Normalize Barcode Values

Make sure source data uses the correct barcode values and formatting before generating large batches.

Test with Real Output

Always print a short sample before full production, especially when using thermal stock or tight barcode sizes.

FAQ

Can I create labels from CSV data?

Yes. CSV is the industry standard for bulk label workflows. LabelFlow Pro automatically detects delimiters and allows you to map columns to any label element.

Is XML really supported?

Yes. We support structured XML exports and SpreadsheetML formats. If your ERP or warehouse system generates XML data tables, you can import and map them just like a standard spreadsheet.

How do I map image links from my data?

If your spreadsheet contains a column with file paths or URLs, you can bind an Image Element to that column. The software will dynamically load the correct asset for each label in the batch.

Can I control the number of copies for each record?

Yes. You can either set a fixed number of copies for the entire batch or map a specific data column (e.g. "QTY") to drive individual quantities per row.

Is my data kept private?

Absolutely. LabelFlow Pro uses a local-first architecture. All data processing and label rendering happen inside your browser using IndexedDB. Your sensitive business data never touches our servers.

What is the row limit for imports?

The free version allows importing up to 10 rows for testing and small runs. Pro licenses support unlimited rows for large-scale industrial production.
